Staff Jon P Posted June 28, 2019 Staff Posted June 28, 2019 I can't reproduce this, what MacOS are you on? Can you attach the crash report? Quote Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
Joachim M Posted July 1, 2019 Author Posted July 1, 2019 can still reproduce it, with the attached file. TEA.afpub Process- Affinity Publisher [55653.txt Quote
Staff Jon P Posted July 1, 2019 Staff Posted July 1, 2019 I'm still struggling to reproduce this with that file, can you try doing a soft reset of the program (hold down CTRL whilst running it up) and letting me know if you still get it? Be aware this will clear custom user data, and essentially reset back to default. Thanks Quote Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
Joachim M Posted July 1, 2019 Author Posted July 1, 2019 Tried that, but Soft reset does not help. I am in the last row of the table, the row that changes it size on its own (there is an other bug report about that). When I use tab-key to change cells, at the last cell, which normally should add an additional row to the table when I hit the tab key. Instead of creating a new cell Publisher always crashes. Quote
Staff Jon P Posted July 2, 2019 Staff Posted July 2, 2019 I think it is related to that bug (which we know about and is logged). I can't reproduce this issue with your attached file, as the table isn't in the state where it is expanding the last row (due to the other bug) If however I copy and paste some text to re-create the bug where the cell expands, then tab in the last cell the program hangs. I assue if you create a new table and ensure it isn't affected by the bug where the cells expand you can't then reproduce the issue? Quote Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
