how can i create single pages for a book?

In serif there was always the possibility to create a book and add single pages.  Does Affinity Publisher have these as well? If so, where?

Affinity Publisher doesn't have any preset book/booklet layouts (may be added in the future). However you can setup facing pages and can add single or multiple pages before or after a particular page.
