Good morning,

I have had Affinity Photo now for a couple of years and have it on both PC and Mac. I have just upgraded to a new laptop and was hoping that I could transfer the software to my new laptop without buying it again

Many Thanks

You can.  Simply log into whichever store, Apple, Microsoft or Serif your bought it from and redownload and install the program.
