Also Windows 10 operating system and StudioLink does not work.  I have tried all suggestions above, but nothing worked.  All apps are located in the same "Program" folder on my C: drive.

ALL apps are the latest versions.  I opened a file and saved in all.  I re-installed Publisher.  Restarted my computer several times.  I did all of this yesterday, and did another install today.

All software was purchased directly from Serif/Affinity.

What should I try next?

Hi MMetzger,

When you 1st do the Studio Link, run up Designer, Photo and then Publisher and try the Studio Link options.  If that doesn't work, then do the following:

Close Designer and Photo

Go to:

%ProgramData%\Affinity\Common\1.0\appinfo\Release

To get to that location, call up the run box by holding down Windows key+R and then copy and paste the path in.

Once you've got that folder open, delete the Photo Release.appinfo and Designer Release.appinfo. Once deleted, re-run both Designer and Photo and try StudioLink again.
