ralfEdmund
Hi, thanks for the release of the all new and shiny Publisher app. I've started using Publisher to create a small Booklet. with a solid black background. On screen everything is fine, but rendered as PDF there is a difference betrween blacks in the Images and the background solid. The rectangle on the master-page is coloured RGB #000000, i've checked that. See the images attached... It is clear to me, that printing gives me a less intense black color, so the preview might reflect the reality. But the image's leftover black pixels are darker. So the electronic distribution of the PDF is practical impossible. Probably I've did something wrong... OK. My masking is bad, but Publisher crashed on me several times during the masking operation :-(
Old Bruce
I am going to guess that the Publisher document is in CMYK but we would have to see the Layers Studio to get more information about how you masked the Moon. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
