Resizing photos for print (Anthony Pearce)

Have tried lots of times to resize photo in Affinity under Documents down to 2ins x 1.5ins but have been unable to. Either they print out far too large, like A4, or so small I can hardly see it . Can anyone help please?

I have now found out the method after seeing video on line and have started changing pictures to size I want.
