iCloud folder

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Congratulation for the new publisher application.

While testing creating a basic document, performing a saving of my document, I encounter the following issue.

I wanted to save the document on de default iCloud drive directory and got the following proposal (see attached image).

Do I need to performs somme cleanup after erasing the beta version ?

Selecting the "Affinity Publisher Beta" folder, the file was saved on the iCloud Drive root folder. Did I miss something?

Thank you

Hi @Fgrasset,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

This seems to have happened to another user, and this how he's fixed it. This has already been logged with our developers.

UPDATE: I was able to resolve Affinity Publisher Beta folder showing up in iCloud even though the Publisher Beta had been deleted... by signing out of iCloud on my Mac (saving a copy of all locally stored iCloud data) and then signing back into iCloud. It now shows the  Affinity Publisher folder with no "Beta" added, and the test document is gone too.

Thanks,

Gabe.
