captain_slocum
How do I turn off the purple line that is drawn around shapes when the stroke is set to none? The purple lines don't export, but I would like to see what my design really looks like without having to do that. I'm using 1.2.1 with Yosemite. I attach a screenshot of a circle with white fill, no stroke, over some lines. The purple line disappears by the way when scrolling the page or adjusting the colour, but comes straight back again afterwards. I cannot find a command to turn it off. Dave Harris
It's the highlight for snapping candidates; it shows which 6 objects are being considered for snapping against. There is a checkbox that hides it in the snapping options. captain_slocum
captain_slocum
Oh, I see. I thought snapping candidates only showed when you were dragging something near to them - but that check box turns them on all the time, and with it off, you still see the snapping candidates appear when you are near them. Many thanks for the speedy reply.
