icreate Posted June 19, 2019 Share Posted June 19, 2019 I'm trying to change the 'Export' shortcut to 'Command-shift-E' instead of 'Command-E'. Every time I change it, it doesn't change in the menu, nor does the new shortcut work. I've tried opening Photo, changing it, quitting and then re-opening but still no dice. Staff Chris B Posted June 19, 2019 Staff Share Posted June 19, 2019 Hey icreate, This works for me but I had to remove the same shortcut for Merge Selected as it was conflicting. I can see from your screenshot that it isn't conflicting with another action so I'm a bit perplexed by this one. When I change it, my shortcut works and it updated on the File menu—unlike yours. How many other custom shortcuts do you have and do they work? If this is the only shortcut you've customised, it might be worth resetting them. Can you also confirm what language keyboard you're using? I do have a few other shortcuts stored but I reset everything and the same thing happens - see video below.
