The brushes, etc. would be in your Affinity Photo Appdata folder (e.g., by default, c:\users\<your username>\appdata\roaming\Affinity\<some-more-directories-here>.

Windows provides methods for you to move that data.

Making sure that you first have a good backup of your computer, and a way to restore things if you have problems, here are a couple of answers that may help. (The second one is pointed to from the first one, and is for Win 7, but seems like it could work for Win 10.) There may be more answers. I have not tried any of these approaches. Take care :)

OK. Then you can export them before you do the reinstall. Or, perhaps simpler and more complete, you can take a backup of %Appdata%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\user before removing Affinity Photo, and restore it after you reinstall
