Just to start I wish to say this software is awesome. I love how it works on my tablet since I purchased around Christmas , but lately it’s been crashing when I type words and go searching for fonts to compare on screen has anyone else had this problem?

If you have installed any extra fonts within the app using Preferences > Fonts, if so have you tried removing them to see if the crashing still occurs. Can you also check to see if a crash report exists.

Settings > Privacy > Analytics > Analytics Data

You will see an alphabetical list all crash logs on your device. Find the one that corresponds to Photo - I believe they have the crash time and date in the filename. Doing a long press should allow you to select all of the text and copy it to your clipboard to save into a file

The text is already in a *.ips file, which is a text file. Isn’t it simpler to share that instead of copying to a new file? :/
