lian00
Wth 1.7.1.404 RC2 and previous beta versions, I meet a strange problem. Painting won’t work anymore after a while. Colors are not applied (and the same for all tools). If I close the saved document and open it again, everything is OK, I can work for some time. But the problem will show again and again. Staff Chris B Posted June 17, 2019 Staff Share Posted June 17, 2019 Hey lian00, A few things to look out for when this happens are: Protect Alpha is enabled - turn it off Flow is set to 0% on the context toolbar Opacity is set to 0% on the context toolbar Layer opacity is set to 0% on the Layers Panel Accumulation is set to 0% in the Brush editor You have a small pixel selection somewhere. Cmd+D (Mac) or Ctrl+D (Win) to deselect it As you said it seems to eventually affect all tools, it could be layer opacity. It's easy to accidentally change layer opacity if you hit the number keys so make sure it isn't that. If it isn't any of the above, when it happens, can you save the document with history and attach it so we can investigate. lian00
Thanks for quick answer. I will take a look with all these things. I may be wrong when I said nothing happened. If I zoom on document, I see some smudge effect when trying to paint.
