The toolbar has changed (at least for me) since the new update and I cannot figure out how to find the Snap Icon and the Alignment Icon. Can someone please tell how to find those? I know it is a pretty stupid question, but I am really frustrated.

Hello AndreiCo and welcome to the Affinity forums:)
In the Menubar go to; View > Customise Toolbar…
And drag in/out the things you want/don’t want.

It isn't a stupid question. It gets asked a lot because there is a bug in the update that replaces the multi-button Snap icon with a magnet button -- often twice, with only one of them functional. Likewise, the Alignment icon may get replaced with one of the single alignment options or just go MIA completely.

As @markw mentioned, Customize Toolbar will allow you to fix this.
