Hi everybody,

sorry for my question, but I don't found a field where I can put in my EU VAT number at the order process page. How this is working at your onlinestore?

Hi Mario,

Welcome to the Affinity forum.

To place an order with an EU VAT number, please contact affinity@serif.com with the following information. They'll send you a proforma and advise how to make payment.

  • Billing address
  • Mac or Windows licence
  • Valid email address for licence
  • Currency
  • Preferred payment method
  • EU VAT Number

 

The platform we use on our online store is primarily for private users. When going through the process of buying any of the Affinity apps there is no facility to add an EU VAT number which means VAT is included.

If anyone wishes to purchase without VAT, please make a regular purchase on our website and then contact affinityorders@serif.com with your Order ID so that we can then refund the VAT back to you manually. Please also ensure that you include your VAT Number along with your business name and address so that the team can create a VAT Invoice for you manually.

Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

Hi, 

following the instructions of StevenS from June 16 I placed an order yesterday morning. Unfortunately, I have not received any feedback or a confirmation of the order for 24 hours.
Does this procedure work?

Same here. Have followed the instructions from StevenS in this thread. I have made two attempts now, but no response whatsoever. Silence.

 

Not a good start.
