I downloaded the photo free trial and tried to buy it from there as well. no luck. just trying to get it while it's 20% off. using win 10 and chrome. The "Buy Now" button is currently designed upon click to take users to a page where they can then choose whether to purchase for Mac, Windows, or iPad with a "Buy now <price>" option for each. We'll take a look to see if there's anyway we can do to make this simpler.
