Madebybaz Posted June 14, 2019 Share Posted June 14, 2019 Whenever I export a file from Designer, using the share function, the app crashes out and doesn’t export anything. Any ideas? I’ve tried deleting the app, restarting the iPad, nothing seems to fix it. Photo does the same. Is it a glitch with icloud photos or iOS or the app? What’s going on? This is a known issue that is caused by the app not having permission to access your Photos library. If you first go into 'Open from Photos' you will get a pop up asking if you want to allow access. If you accept this, the app can then write to Photos, and you should no longer crash when using that Share > Save Image option. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
