[1.7.0] Pixelization using Healing Brush tool

Recommended Posts

Hello! Thanks for the new Affinity version. I would like to point out one problem with the Healing brush tool. When I use this tool after a while there is a slight pixelization of the cloned area, normally in the previous version after a while, the cloned area was changed into a sharper one, unfortunately in the new version it remains blurry and pixelated. It is an ideal tool, necessary for my work. Can you fix it?

@GregCo

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.  :)

I have split your post from the 1.7.0 announcement thread and a member of QA should deal with your query in turn.

Can you provide a sample file with a before and after layer and the settings you were using as it may help us get to the bottom of this change,

ok, thank you!

Generally, in the previous version, the "clone brush" did not work well, he left various garbage and strange lines when cloning. In the new version this has been fixed, unfortunately Healing brush leaves such low resolution projections.
