Bigxstudio
When trying to save a file as a jpeg to the iPad photos, Affinity Photo crashes and does not save file. The sequence i am using is: select export, choose jpeg, click the share button then select the save image option. Then it immediately crashes and restarts Affinity Photo. I am running iOS 12.3.1 on iPad Pro 2nd gen and the latest app version. I am able to save other formats such as PDFs to other locations such as Dropbox. It also doesn’t matter what type of source file as I have tried with raw files, tiffs and jpegs and they all crash when trying to export as jpeg. Staff Chris B Posted June 14, 2019 Staff Share Posted June 14, 2019 Hey Bigxstudio, welcome to the Affinity Forums I'm struggling to reproduce this. Can you repeat this process and once it has crashed, please go to Settings > Privacy > Analytics > Analytics Data and copy the info and paste it here so we can get a bit more info.
