DashingDave Posted May 18, 2015 Share Posted May 18, 2015 When importing text boxes from an .ai file, the text comes in as Artistic (stretch the boundary box and the letters change size rather than rearranging themselves to fit as many words as possible within the box's width). Currently the only way to convert is to create a text frame (with the tool that's hidden under the Art Text tool) and then cut and paste the text by hand.
