Nik Collection 2018 official reply (split)

I love the new version. Only one disappointment thus far. Nik no longer works. I contacted DxO support and they suggested a work around, which I implemented. It worked, but when loaded, my canvas comes up inverted (see attached screenshot). The left and right sidebar menus are right side up...but the canvas is not. See their response below.

has changed so little in this new version of Nik that, in my opinion, does not even make up for the upgrade.  and why in the end dxo does not turn the plugin fully compatible with the AP with flush panel and all at once ?!

The NIK collection 2.04 appears to work fine in the Mac version of Affinity Photo βeta 1.7.0.135

Unfortunately, we've had other issues with the Viveza 2 plugin in the past and they're known to our developers.

I uninstalled nik and reinstalled and it's working fine now.
