- S -
The error message says "Supported Windows version not found". Therefore go to [Windows Settings > System > About] and check what "Version" of Windows 10 you are using? Affinity Photo 1.7 requires Windows 10 version 1607 or higher, however you should be using a later version of Windows than that, as Windows 10 1607 is end-of-life. Only Windows 10 1803 and newer are still supported by Microsoft (excluding enterprise or education, where their support lifecycles are a bit longer). Therefore, if you are on an older version of Windows 10 (such as Windows 10 1511), then I'm not sure why your machine hasn't updated to a newer version by itself. So in which case, go to [Windows Settings > Update & Security] and click the "Check for Updates" button. - If clicking the "Check for Updates" button shows an error, then I would search online to see what could be causing the issue. - If clicking the "Check for Updates" button says that you're up to date, I would download and run the "Windows 10 Update Assistant" from the below link and follow the prompts, where it will check for compatibility and download/install a newer version. Conker
Now sorted thank you, Windows had not updated even when I had done the check for updates for some reason. I used the Update Assistant and that sorted out the problem.
