Number only is hard wired to opacity.

By being hardwired, two number keys can be typed in quick succession to set the opacity to any of 100 different integer percent values. So for example, while typing "2" sets it to 20%; typing "2" quickly followed by typing "3" sets it to 23%.

It's a nice feature for the times you want to get finer opacity control from the keyboard, but it can trip you up if say you want 90% opacity but you accidentally hit the 0 key first & then quickly slide your finger over to the 9 key & hit that, resulting in 09% opacity.

All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.4.1 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7
Affinity Photo
1.10.8; Affinity Designer 1.108; & all 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.7

Thank you very much for your information.  However, I just want to know about flow short but without hitting the control button.

Thank you!

Could you explain a bit more about what you mean by changing "flow" with a shortcut key?

Sorry for delay ! It is really hard to explaining.

Flow shortcut is control + Shift, But I am lazy to hit control key. So I want to make it with only Shift key like a photoshop.
That's all there is to it.

Thank you.
