Gutters in Grid and Axis Manager - Regression

Recommended Posts

Please reinstate gutters in the Grid and Axis Manager as this is a regression. Thanks.

Prior to 1.7,  I could create cells with grid lines with the Grid and Axis Manager via Gutters. In 1.7, Gutters have been removed from the Grid and Axis Manager and Columns have been added to Guides Manager. So now I can create cells via Columns in the Guides Manager but how do I create grid lines within each cell?

+1 It may be possible to do what you want but I haven't been able to figure it out. The older way was better. I also noticed that in Designer we cannot change the Margins from the Guides Manager but we can do that with Photo.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.0 | Affinity Photo 2.4.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Affinity Team - any feedback?

Hi @pjglad,

ususally they do not comment on feature requests. They monitor the forum and take notes. Just do not expect an official 'yes we will' or 'no we won't' :)
