Keirad Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 Following update, I can no longer export files - the system gets as far as the save to computer screen then crashes and is frozen. You then have to Force Quit. This renders the whole app unusable. Quote
Old Bruce Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 Try starting the application while holding down the Control key until you see a screen asking you to Clear User Data, keep the top three items checked and hit Clear. Also I can see from your screen shot that the Toolbar has been ... er, messed up by the update (you have two magnets/snapping icons and there should be one) go to View > Customize Toolbar... and just drag the default set up to the toolbar. Maybe try that first although I doubt the two problems are related.
