Throws out of the affinity designer when creating a new document. After upgrading to 1.7 (windows). What to do?

Can you attach %APPDATA%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\Log.txt ?

Hi marusya_259,

What is the path of your Designer install? We're aware of a crash that appears when starting a new document if the application is installed to a path containing special characters for example 'é'.

If you uninstall and reinstall to the default location it shouldn't crash for you when doing File > New.
