Engine44 Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 I have an ipad air 2. The new upgrade of AP has been running somewhat slowly so I decided to delete and reload the app. After the reload, my files were gone (only 2). I didn’t expect to see them in the app but they had been saved to my ipad. Why or how could they disappear from my ipad? Thanks. Quote

Unless you used the ‘Save a Copy’ option they would only have been saved to the app’s sandbox, which disappears along with the rest of the app when you delete it. I’m glad you only lost two files! I saved it twice using “Save” and “Save a Copy”. Curiously, both were saved in the same location. I deleted and reloaded the app. Both saves were gone. What should I try next? Quote
