three little issues
images/panel_stroke.png is missing in most localisations,
if you restart the app via “Close” the preferences are not closed after the restart and
when you start the app the first time the tools could be missing when “Show Tools” is selected (you have to deselect and reselect).
Logically the missing stroke panel is missing in “Stroke panel”. For example here: https://affinity.help/designer/de.lproj/index.html?page=pages/Panels/strokePanel.html?title=Stroke panel
