Change height, bottom row of table

How do I change th height of a table's bottom row? If I reduce he cell hieght field in the Table Panel the height increases.

A quick workaround,

add another row to the bottom of the table,  

change the height on the Second from bottom row (ie where your content is)

delete the bottom row

There might be a better way but this will work

Are you using the latest version of Publisher (376)

I can only reproduce the problem in earlier versions.

Publisher 376 seems to work Ok when changing row heights etc

Has there been any updates with this? I'm on a mac and version 1.8.3  and this is still an issue. The workaround above doesn't work.

In fact, the issue is worse than the post above. If I click in the last row of the table it starts increasing in size. If I type in a row above it starts increasing in size. It's making tables unusable.
