En tu captura de pantalla no veo las dimensiones del círculo, pero la forma de evitar esto es que agrandes considerablemente el círculo, expandas el trazo, y luego lo reduzcas al tamaño deseado. All I've heard since I reported it is a message like this from the moderators saying that it's a known issue and that it's been passed on to the dev team.
