HVDB Photography Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Custom defined & imported categories are grayed out and cannot be deleted !! Quote Affinity Photo 2.3.1 Laptop MSI Prestige PS42 Windows 11 Home 23H2 (Build 22631.3007) - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.00 GHz - RAM 16,0 GB
carl123 Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Looks like you have to first right-click and delete any presets in that category before you can delete the category. Probably some sort of "B*llocks, what have I just done!!!" safety procedure Chris B 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. Probably some sort of "B*llocks, what have I just done!!!" safety procedure OK, but if there are a bunch of presets in a certain category, since we can't select them all at once, we'll need to delete them one by one !!! Illogical no? Quote Affinity Photo 2.3.1 Laptop MSI Prestige PS42 Windows 11 Home 23H2 (Build 22631.3007) - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.00 GHz - RAM 16,0 GB
carl123 Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Selecting them all at once would be nice. But deleting them all accidentally by deleting the category would be more serious, especially since most users do not know how to back them up, so personally I think it's best the way it currently is!!!. Logical yes? You could always put in a feature request to be able to select them all at once Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
