Neoziox Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Hi! Since the last update, when I export a photo (CMJN) to EPS document, I have a completely white document. This bug existed before but had been fixed. Quote
evtonic3 Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 I get the same thing. Hope they patch this soon. Quote
Staff Gabe Posted June 24, 2019 Staff Posted June 24, 2019 Hi both, Sorry for the delayed reply. I cannot replicate this. Can you please attach a screen recording of your workflow? Thanks, Gabe. Quote
Staff Gabe Posted June 25, 2019 Staff Posted June 25, 2019 I still cannot replicate this. Can you please attach the EPS that you've exported? Have you tried to import that EPS back into affinity? Quote
Staff Gabe Posted June 25, 2019 Staff Posted June 25, 2019 Thanks. Does it happen with any jpeg? (not from unsplash) Quote
Staff Gabe Posted June 25, 2019 Staff Posted June 25, 2019 Can you please try this? Close Photo . Open Finder. Go > Go to Folder > ~/Library/Containers/com.seriflabs.affinityphoto/Data/Library/Application Support/ and rename user to user.backup. Reopen Photo. Quote
Neoziox Posted June 25, 2019 Author Posted June 25, 2019 I just do and I recreate a EPS file and… still white Quote
Staff Gabe Posted June 25, 2019 Staff Posted June 25, 2019 I feel like i'm missing something. Can you send a screen recording of your whole UI from the moment you start the app till you export the file? https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT208721 Quote

Staff Gabe Posted June 25, 2019 Staff Posted June 25, 2019 Very odd. I will log it with our developers. Have you tried designer? Does that work? Quote
Neoziox Posted June 25, 2019 Author Posted June 25, 2019 I don't know because it's go wrong only when the document is a CMYN profil and I don't know how I can change the profil in Designer. Quote
Staff Gabe Posted June 25, 2019 Staff Posted June 25, 2019 In designer you would go to File > Document Setup > Colour Quote
