ivanweiss.london
Please provide detailed instructions on how to roll back to v1.6.7. I've reinstalled from Time Machine but I have lost all my preferences, macros, palettes, etc. Edited June 6, 2019 by ivanweiss.london Added system details
cjc3636
I had the exact same issue.New 1.7 was just buggy and slow, to the point of just becoming a problem. (Zooming, soloing (CMD Click Layers to see just 1 layer) all bugged out and stopped responding . Gonna wait until I see better results from 1.7 users on this board . Hope you get your issues solved soon!
paschulke2
You could try to recover these files/folders from your time machine backup: ~/Library/Preferences/com.seriflabs.affinityphoto.plist ~/Library/Containers/com.seriflabs.affinityphoto/ ~/Library/Application Scripts/com.seriflabs.affinityphoto and all "xxx.com.seriflabs …" folders in ~/Library/Group Containers/ I hope that's all … "~" is the placeholder for your home folder. Kind Regards, Thomas Edited June 7, 2019 by paschulke2 Clarification.
cjc3636
Thanks for the tip @paschulke2: I'm running okay now with the settings, which really aren't that different from default, anyway, But I'll keep a screen shot of this for my 'mac toolbox' and for future reference.. ivanweiss.london
Thanks @paschulke2! I restored those files and folders from Time Machine and I now have all my preferences, macros, palettes, shortcuts, etc back where they should be. I'm back on 1.6.7 for now and hoping the 1.7 issue can be resolved quickly.
