As A Mac user - this only works with non appstore version? I much prefer appstore.

I don't think that Serif has a good way (or any way, really) to give you a discount on the Mac App Store version. But the MAS should should have a discount at launch, probably 20% rather than the 30% beta-tester discount. So you will get some discount, even if you prefer not to buy directly from Serif.

The 30% discount for beta testers is only on the Serif store.

The product will effectively be on sale at 20% off at launch so you can leverage that discount if purchasing from the app store (that is what I plan on doing).

.I was a beta tester as well and didn't get a mail or this screen. I have purchased it right now.

The email was not sent to anyone who unsubscribed from communication by Serif (for GDPR reasons). If it was sent to you many have found it in the gmail "promotions" tab or junk/spam mail. Search for emails from "affinity@serif.com"

The link is definitely been added into the CURRENT beta welcome screen right now. Restart the application and there it is (one of the 5 screens is called "we made it together"). Having buoght it you can request a refund and buy again through the welcome screen advert for a few € less.

Tried to order twice using the link in the email I received.
Both times it says there is an error in my order (using a card I use everyday).
Is the order page working?

Is it tied to the email address?
I have different email addresses in the store vs. the forum.

You might try using the offer in the Welcome Screen, and see if that works any better.

The order page is working, yes but I think Walt's suggestion may be the simplest way forward. Or email AffinityOrders@serif.com and they may be able to assist (they are a day or so behind on tickets)

Another question about preordering (or not) Publisher... Photo and Designer are (as shown on the MAS) 10.7 compatible but only 10.9 for the Affinity store version...

I still have 10.7 machines and I enjoy using Photo 1.6 on it (I know 1.7 betas were not working on 10.7 : i tested without success). So THE question : Will the MAS Publisher version be able to run on Lion ?

and why a compatibility difference between MAS and Affinity store version for at least Photo and Designer. ?
