terryonabike Posted June 6, 2019 Share Posted June 6, 2019 I recently bought Affinity Designer 1.6.5 and upgraded it on my PC and iPad to 1.7 today through the website. From where did you bought Affinity Designer originally? Have you bought it from the Microsoft Store or from the Affinity Store? If you have bought it from the Microsoft Store you should update it through the Microsoft Store app if it doesn't do it for you automatically. Likewise, If you have bought the Windows version from the Affinity Store, it will check if there's updates available automatically next time you run it and offer to install them for you. So I paid for 1.6.5 and I paid for 1.7 as well. If it was free how do I get my money back or can I get it back? So basically I wound up paying for the a free update.
