I think you did not show the bottom of that screen, which contains the information I wanted to see. But I will make a guess: I see that your system says that Windows is copyright 2015. The 1.7 versions of the Affinity products, when running on Windows, require version 1607 or later. With a copyright date of 2015 perhaps you are running on version 1507, which is not supported by Affinity or by Microsoft. Version 1607 is the oldest version of Windows 10 that is still supported. Staff Sean P Posted June 7, 2019 Staff Share Posted June 7, 2019 Hi Vera, As Walt has said it does sound like you're using an old version of Windows 10 (although you still shouldn't be getting the Windows 7 message). Unfortunately we had to change the minimum supported version of .NET framework, which in turn has meant we can only support Windows 10 1607 Anniversary update and above. I think the 1.7 installer does not recognize your Windows version correctly - if you did update your Windows installation correctly.
