VectorVonDoom_NoMore Posted June 5, 2019 Share Posted June 5, 2019 On previous versions the last object drawn with the pen tool was deselected as soon as you started drawing the next object. With 1.7 the previous object is still selected until you draw 2 nodes of the new object. I don't like that, it's annoying (and don't understand the point of it), is there a way to stop it? There is a setting that never deselects the old curve, which you would probably like even less! I suspect that the new behavior relates to some other improvement in the Pen / Pencil / Node / Snapping - but couldn't tell you which.
