In 1.6 when I clicked a layer in the layers palette, it highlighted in the colour set in the system preferences, but in the Designer preferences a selection highlighted in blue. Now it is the inverse, but in addition the text of the selection becomes white. My highlight colour being yellow, this makes the text unreadable. See attached screenshot.
