Beta - 1.7.0.376 and document size using the linked option (split)

Recommended Posts

Hi. I've just downloaded the last beta and the issue of the huge weight is still there even though I have my pictures linked and not embedded. Will  this be fixed when the final release is available next 19th? Thanks :)

You need to start a new topic in the appropriate forum. There is an answer to your query but it will just clog up this thread

Hi, I split your post.

I think you have to re-add the images/files (as linked) for Publishere to throw away the old linked method bloating the file

It's worth noting certain filetypes won't provide much of a filesize reduction when linked (Affinity files, pdfs)

You mean any kind of document and Affinity files. So here we are back to the suggestion to place them as-is without the option to edit.
