I've been using Affinity Designer for several years primarily as a product designer to produce orthographic rendered concepts quickly. Love it, superior to Illustrator and faster and more accurate than Photoshop for me most of the time. One feature I'd greatly appreciate would to be able to align existing node tool line points to guides for accurate work. At present when you have a line selected and the points are visible, then try to use guides, the node points disappear which then requires a lot of fiddling around and guess work. Is this feature anywhere on your roadmap for future updates?

in Affinity Designer βeta 1.7.0.x you can drag guides out when the node tool is selected so you can see the node and node handles but snapping to node handles is not possible yet. however snapping a node handle to a guide line and guide intersection is possible.

I don't know about the Windows or other versions but in the Designer 1.7.0.14 beta version for Macs, the closest to snapping guides to node handles we have now is snapping them to bounding boxes & their midpoints if those options are enabled in the Snapping Manager. Better than nothing, I guess.
