Guides Manager - independent spacing for column- and row-guides

The guides manager should offer line spacing as well as gutter. Spacing between horizontal guides doesn't have to match gutter between columns.

If you meant to be used as a baseline grid you can do so in the Baseline Grid Manager (menu View > Baseline Grid Manager).

thanks for the warm welcome :-)
I'm well aware of the baseline grid but intend something else. It's rather about building "row-blocks" like in the screenshot.
Shure enough I can always adjust the guides by hand - so it's only a minor suggestion.
