Sunset
I've created a drawing on an A4 preset page and I want to export just the drawing, which takes up only a small area, not the whole page. How can I do this, please? Sunset
Just noticed the reply in a recent question. I tried the Export Personal and exported as a slice but the paint colours (pixel) have changed, Quote MacBook Pro 11,2, Intel i7 4 core, 8Gb RAM, Graphics Intel Iris Pro. iPad Pro 11.4, 256Gb, 10.5 Retina, A10X Fusion chip, Apple pencil Desktop upgraded to Win10 64-bit, Intel i5 quad core, 8Gb RAM, NVIDIA GefORCE GT730 The Win-10 laptop is on permanent loan to my daughter...... Staff MEB Posted August 22, 2014 Staff Share Posted August 22, 2014 Are you sure everything was included in the slice (including any pixel layers)? It's working fine here... Sunset
That is interesting, it looked all wrong when I opened it in the Mac Viewer, but it is perfect when attached to an email. Staff MEB Posted August 22, 2014 Staff Share Posted August 22, 2014 Maybe you have exported a PNG with transparency. If you used brushes or any bitmap/vector effects with transparency/blend modes you may see the colours a little different depending on the background color of the application you are using to view the file. Sunset
Yes, it was the transparency that I had applied to some of the brushes, I am fighting my way round the Mac at the same time, which sometimes doesn't help :) Ash's answer in the other thread to use the Persona and Slice did exactly what I wanted - I shall now use my sketch in another Serif program :) Thankyou for your help :) Quote MacBook Pro 11,2, Intel i7 4 core, 8Gb RAM, Graphics Intel Iris Pro. iPad Pro 11.4, 256Gb, 10.5 Retina, A10X Fusion chip, Apple pencil Desktop upgraded to Win10 64-bit, Intel i5 quad core, 8Gb RAM, NVIDIA GefORCE GT730 The Win-10 laptop is on permanent loan to my daughter......
