Guides don't 'resize' properly

Hi,

1. Create a square image

2. add a guide in the center (use snapping for example)

3. Document -> Resize canvas

4. Ensure your'e resizing around center

5. Notice that guides don't stay in the center anymore.

Confirmed here, when using the Guides Manager to place guides at say 50%. However I think they behave correctly when not using the percentage. I created a 1000 x 1000px document. Placed guides at 500 px Horizontal and vertical. I resized the canvas to 2000px x 2000px. The guides appeared to move, but they did remain at the 500px placement. I then tried using the Percentage 50% and repeated the resize. The guides did not stay at 50% of the canvas which would have been 1000px, they moved to 25%, which was 500px.

That is a problem that has been around for a long time. Percentages are not converted correctly.

I actually added some small values like 20px to both sizes (I used ruler guides to dived the image in two halves, put two images side by side and then expand the canvas (from the center), images stayed in place, rulers moved).

Also, thanks for showing me Guides Manager, this is so good for what I need to do right now.

Come to think of it, it would probably require a toggle to resize and move/don't move rulers (depending on ones needs).

The Lock Guides seems to be broken too. If you place Guides at 50% then resize the Guides should remain at 50% of the Canvas, but of course they do not.
