Sizing photos

I am new to AP after using Serif products for years.  My difficulty is using help.  I need text rather than video but I can't seem to find what I need under help.  Is there an easier way to find text information.  Specifically I need to know how to adjust the size by pixels (a new task for me) so I can upload and sell my work.  Some of my work has been accepted but others are rejected for size - but I edit them the same with document resize and export.

Thanks for your reply. I will follow this to format my photos.  By the way where are you writing from?  The links you sent open in a language other than English.  Thankful for Google Translate.

Just change on the lower left side with the language setting popup to the language you prefer ...
