pdh
Does anyone know a way to open a pdf created by Affinity Publisher or an Affinity Publisher file itself in another software application so I can edit it and then save it as a pdf? I am not able to export my work from Publisher at the moment (help is looking at the file) and I need a way to be able to edit and save my file as a pdf. I've tried Adobe Acrobat DC and it changes the fonts throughout the document. I've been on their Help for hours and they can't prevent it from doing this. I've tried InDesign, but I don't see a way to open a pdf and be able to open it. I've never used InDesign before so perhaps there is a way I don't know about. Any suggestions would be helpful. BugsJane
I have PDF Expert ($80) which allows editing of PDF documents which I purchased before finding Affinity Publisher. It has a free trial period. I was hoping Affinity Publisher would allow these documents to be edited and am just now searching the topic.
Fixx
You can try open PDF with Designer. Or Illustrator. InDesign does not open PDF editable but it can place it to an existing (empty) document and place white rect over erroneous area and write text over it.
