SageBlue
One thing I like in iOS 12, is better external display support. This can help with Affinity Photo as well. When using AirPlay mirroring, an app that makes use of iOS 12’s external display support can display the entire canvas on the external display while working normally on the iPad independently. I use my 4K HDR TV which is fantastic. No palettes will display on the TV/external display as Apple is yet to make a touchscreen external display. While in this mode and using artboards (or spreads when Publisher comes), maybe have a gesture to move between the artboards or spreads on the External display. I already find it useful to see the whole picture on the external display, while working zoomed in for more detail on the iPad. Hope this sounds good to the team. DM1
Unfortunately even this great feature has proved unsuccessful in my attempts to convince my better half that we need to upgrade our tv. SageBlue
Haha! Yep. She probably doesn’t want you working in the living room rather than watching a good movie You can use smaller desk displays, like USB-C on the iPad Pro Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo (iPadOS 14 beta, iPad Pro 12.9” - 3rd Gen)
