Scaling kbd shortcut issue

1. Select Healing Brush tool (or similar)

2. Use keyboard to increase then decrease then increase scaling

3. Notice, at first, id does +/-5  on up/down

4. At some point it will sometimes work non-lineraly (100->105->110->...->90->94->99)

Hey TEcHNOpls,

I think the maths is something like 15% of its current value. So if you start at 100 px and then go down, it will go to 85 px or if you go up, it will go to 115 px. When you go up again, it will go to 132.3 px which is 15% of 115.

That seems very counter iniuitive for me, when doing some scaling up and down, I need to manually reset the values at some point.
