Does not save to network drive. Stable version saves.

The problem appeared with the version 1.7.0333. Perhaps one version before.
There is no problem in the stable version.

I can confirm that it doesn't make a difference what characters are used in the file name—however that would have been my initial thought too. 

I assume saving locally works? What about saving to a cloud service?

The desktop is saved. Cloud services do not use.
