A_B_C
There is a slight UI bug with the “Insert Anchor” popup (or window, however you may call it). When switching to the light UI, the background remains black and has no labels.
Old Bruce
I am not seeing that here. Light to dark to default back and forth I see the popup in the correct light, dark, default, dark, light UI. Which Mac OS are you running? I am on 10.14.5 Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4 Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
thomaso
I do see the issue in macOS 10.12.6.: Anchor's naming window is always black, both in dark or light UI – in light UI the label text is invisible or Black. @Old Bruce, "default" indeed? – I don't have that option for "UI style". Must be a 10.14 thing then Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4 Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear. (btw: aren't you using your "MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) Mac OS 10.12.6 | " any more? To me this signature part gives the impression you do see AfPub in 10.12.6) macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1
Old Bruce
I have Designer and Photo on that but the recent hassle with the Publisher made me remove it. Plus it is soooo sloooow for some stuff. Thanks for reminding me to reinstall the Publisher beta there. A_B_C
Yes, 10.12.6 — there have been similar Sierra issues in the past.
