HSL Adjustment Layer/Filter Picker Can't be Activated

Hi Affinity Photo team,

I have run into an issue where the HSL adjustment Layer/Filter picker button cannot be activated when a photo is opened .  Is there a trick to it?

 

Steps to reproduce.

1. Open Affinity Photo (1.7.0.127)
2. Open a photo or document
3. Add HSL Adjustment Layer to the photo or document.
4. Clicking on "Picker" button does not work.

The Picker can only be activated if you click on one of the color ranges (the 6 right-most circles) rather than the “Master” circle, which is what is chosen by default.
