Vector mesh warp is on the Affinity Designer roadmap, but it hasn’t even been added to the 1.7 beta version of the desktop app, so we’ll probably have to wait quite a while for it to come to the iPad version.

Rasterizing, good idea if would be possible rasterizing only the text. Is it possible?

Yes you can rasterise the text and apply a live perspective filter via Assets studio.

But why?

Yes I can reproduce that after zooming in and out a few times. Live filters are memory intensive so maybe just a display issue. What happens if you Export slice.

If you still have issues select the perspective live filter group and rasterise it. Then delete the group. You'll be left with adjusted text. :)

Thank you again.

I’ve got an iPad Pro 12.9 2018 cell WiFi with 256 Gb.

the display issue is very annoying.

If I rasterize perspective level it is all ok, but ... I can’t change more the perspective.

if I apply again the asset to new rasterized object then the issue there isn’t more.  Very strange.

Keep in mind Design wasn’t meant to have live filters. Applying live filters via Assets is not what Serif developers would have expected someone to do. I think the fact that they work at all is pretty amazing. :)

Are Live filters in Affinity Photo for iPad?  Are Designer and Photo perfectly integrated ?

could you link me videos that showing this integration from Designer to Photo and again from Photo to Designer?

@Angelos58  Yes it does work. I previously forgot to make it a live filter in photo. Now when I open it in Design I have the perspctive filter available that was created in AP. :)

Hi Angelos58, some of the filters in Affinity Photo can be made live, just tap the little lightning bolt that shows up when you select the filter
